A Local Seafood Class is being offered this Wednesday, December 8th at the Brevard County Extension Office at 3695 Lake Drive, Cocoa, FL. This class was first offered in August 2010 and was a huge success with 43 people attending! Cost to attend is $10 and includes a cooking demonstration with tasting of the recipes shown.
